The death has occurred on 2nd February 2021 of Billy Hayden, Borris, Co Carlow

Formerly of Crannagh, Rathanna, Billy was in his 92nd year. He died peacefully at St Luke’s Hospital, Kilkenny. Pre-deceased by his brother Martin and sisters Joan (Brady) and Sr. Antoinette. Sadly missed by his nieces Antoinette and Helena, nephews Edwin and Damian, extended families, neighbours and many friends. The family would like to acknowledge the much appreciated care and support Billy received from kind neighbours and friends, in particular Alan Doyle and Helena Brennan.

Rest in Peace

Funeral will arrive at The Sacred Heart Church, Borris, for private family Funeral Mass (with a maximum of 10 people) at 2:00 pm on Thursday, 4th February 2021. Billy’s funeral cortege will travel via Crannagh to Rathanna for interment immediately afterwards. People are welcome to line the route as the cortege passes while strictly adhering to social distancing and Government guidelines.
