The death has occurred of Catherine McSweeney (nee Sheehan), Bawnboy, Co Cavan, and late of Rathanna, Borris, Co Carlow.

Catherine, beloved wife of the late Sean, died peacefully in the loving care of Breffni Care Centre, Ballyconnell, Co Cavan, on Sunday, 15th January 2017. Sadly missed by her sons, Michael and Brian.

Mass this Thursday, 19th January 2017, at 1.00 pm in Lakelands Crematorium, Cavan, followed by private cremation.

Requiem Mass on Saturday, 21st January 2017, at 2.30 pm in St Fortchern’s Church, Rathanna, Borris, Co Carlow.
