The death has occurred of Elizabeth (Liz) Kennedy (née Cummins), 1 Slieve Bloom Park, Clonaslee, Co Laois / Borris, Co Carlow.

Elizabeth (Liz) Kennedy (nee Cummins), 1 Slieve Bloom Park, Clonaslee, Co Laois and formerly of Inch, Borris, Co Carlow, passed away on Saturday, 13th July 2024, suddenly, but peacefully, at the Midlands Regional Hospital, Tullamore, surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her husband Martin and her two infant sons. Beloved mother of Liz, Jim and Martin.

Liz will be sadly missed by her heartbroken children, her daughters-in-law Mary and Lorrie, her nine adoring grandchildren Katelyn, Tiffany, Dylan, Michelle, Tara, Amy, Clodiagh, Riagain and Cliodhna, her nephew James, and her niece Anne McCusker, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

Reposing at the Heritage Centre, Main Street, Clonaslee, on Tuesday, 16th July 2024, from 3:00 pm with Rosary at 8:00 pm. Funeral Mass on Wednesday morning, 17th July 2024, at 11:00 am in St Manman’s Church, Clonaslee, with interment immediately afterwards in St Manman’s Cemetery, Clonaslee.
