The death has occurred of James (Jim) Doyle, Woodside House, Hacketstown, Co Carlow / Kyle, Ballymurphy, Borris, Co Carlow.

James (Jim) Doyle, Woodside House, Hacketstown, Co Carlow, and formerly of Kyle, Ballymurphy, Borris, Co Carlow, died peacefully on 18th October 2023  in the loving care of all at Baltinglass Hospital surrounded by his loving family. Sadly missed by his loving wife Joan, daughter Sinead, sons Colin, Garrett, John, Ronan and Pierce, son-in-law, daughters-in-law, brother Pierce, sisters Theresa, Peggy and Sr. Norah, sisters-in-law, his twelve grandchildren, nieces, nephews, neighbours, relatives and friends.

Reposing in Halligan’s Funeral Home, Station Road, Rathvilly, (R93 C560), on Thursday afternoon from 3:00 pm until 8:00 pm. Funeral Home private thereafter please.

Funeral will arrive at St Brigid’s Church, Hacketstown, on Friday 20th October 2023 for 12:00 noon Requiem Mass followed immediately afterwards by interment in Hacketstown Cemetery.

Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to Baltinglass Hospital Patient Comfort Fund. Donation boxes in the Funeral Home and at the Church.
