The death has occurred of Margaret (Peg) O’Keeffe (née Carson), Borris Lodge Nursing Home.

Peg O’Keeffe, in her 91st year, (formerly of Cluain Árd, Limerick Road, Roscrea, Co Tipperary) died peacefully on 13th January 2025 in the wonderful care of Joanna, Kathleen and all the Staff of Borris Lodge Nursing Home, Borris, Co Carlow, surrounded by her loving family. Pre-deceased by her sons Denis and Michael.

Sadly missed by her loving and devoted husband Michael, daughters Aileen and Edel, sons Jimmy, Liam, Martin, Darragh and Conrad, son-in-law Kieron, and Conrad’s partner Martin, daughters-in-law Mary, Helen, Mairead, Anabel and Hayley. Grand-children, great-grand-children, nieces and nephews, extended family, relatives, friends and neighbours.

Reposing at Joyce’s Funeral Home, Borris, Co Carlow, Eircode R95 DV76, on Wednesday, 15th January 2025 from 2:00 to 5:00 pm. Requiem Mass will take place on Thursday, 16th January 2025 at 10:00 am in The Sacred Heart Church, Borris, Eircode R95 H336, followed by interment in St Cronan’s Catholic Cemetery, Roscrea, Co Tipperary, at approximately 1:00 pm, Eircode E53 PK82.
