The death has occurred of Mary Carmel Murphy (née Ryan), Keatingstown, Kilkenny, R95 TD70 / Ballymurphy, Borris, Co Carlow

Mary Carmel Murphy, (Keatingstown, Kilkenny and late of Ballymurphy, Borris, Co Carlow), died at St Luke’s Hospital, Kilkenny, on 9th September 2024, following a short illness. Beloved wife of Michael and loving mother of Michael, Martin, Pat and Brian. She will be sadly missed by her husband, sons, brother John, sister Kitty, daughter-in-law Tricia, grandchildren Tadgh and Roisin, extended family and friends. Predeceased by her parents Tom and Kathleen, sister Elizabeth (Bessy) and brother Michael.

Rest in Peace

Reposing at her home in Keatingstown (R95 TD70) from 5:00 pm on Wednesday, 11th September 2024, concluding with Vigil Prayers and Rosary at 7:00 pm. Requiem Mass on Thursday, 12th September 2024, at 11:00 am in St Canice’s Church, Kilkenny, followed by interment immediately afterwards in Foulkstown Cemetery.
