The death has occurred of Michael (Mikie) Lawlor, Station Road, Borris, Co Carlow

Peacefully at home. Beloved husband of the late Anne and much loved father to Kathleen, Michael, Eileen, Patrick, Anne-Marie, Martin, Bernadette, Nicola and Colette. Sadly missed by his brother Bill, sister Breda, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sister-in-law, brother-in-law, daughters-in-law, sons-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, kind neighbours and many friends.

Reposing at Joyce’s Funeral Home, Borris, on Thursday from 4.00 pm with prayers at 8.00 pm and on Friday from 10.00 am with removal at 6.15 pm to The Sacred Heart Church, Borris, arriving at 6.30 pm. Funeral Mass at 12.00 noon on Saturday followed by burial immediately afterwards in The Sacred Heart Cemetery, Borris. Family flowers only. Donations, if desired, to Eist Cancer Support Centre, Carlow.
