The death has occurred of Peter Francis Scully, New York, USA, and formerly of Headfield, Ballymurphy, Borris, Co Carlow.

Peter died peacefully on 25th February 2024. He is survived by his wife Barbara, and his children Barbara Orecchio (Michael), John (Bianca), Peter (Sharon), Mary Ann Schaefer (John), his beloved grandchildren Philomena, Kate, Mike, Jack, Ryan, Sean, Maisy, Quinlyn, Alistair, Sebastian, Tatum, Fiona, Windsor, Griffin, Esme, Linus, Bernard, Giovanna and Margaret, and his great-grandchildren Charlotte, Harrison and Winifred, and sister Mary Cloney.

Peter is predeceased by his son Anthony, daughter Philomena, parents Bernard and Bridget (nee Whalen), and his brothers Sean and Bernard.

Funeral Service was held on Thursday, 29th February 2024, at 2:45 pm Irish time (9.45 am in USA) in St Margaret of Cortona Catholic Church, 6000 Riverdale Ave, Bronx NY 10471.
