The death has occurred of Seamus Power, Currane, Borris, Co Carlow.

Seamus died peacefully at St Luke’s Hospital, Kilkenny, today, 22nd December 2023. Predeceased by his loving wife Kay. Sadly missed by his daughter Brenda, sons Seamus and John, daughters-in-law Colette and Denise, son-in-law Derek, grandchildren Sean, Eimear, Aoife, Orlaith and Jack; brothers, sisters, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Reposing at his daughter Brenda’s residence at Clowater, Ballinkillen, Co Carlow, R95 K5A4, from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Saturday, 23rd December 2023.

Seamus’s Funeral will arrive at The Sacred Heart Church, Borris, on Sunday, 24th December 2023, for Requiem Mass at 11:00 am, followed by interment immediately afterwards at The Sacred Heart Cemetery, Borris.
